Plans and credits

• Every new account gets 15 free credits. No card needed.
• One credit is one minute of a live interview session or a mock interview.
• A live session counts from the first moment HintCall does something for you: the first transcript, answer, typed question or snap. It is billed per started minute, and it stops when you press Finish.
• Mock interviews are billed from start to end. Sessions where we hear no answer from you are not charged.
• The warm-up call in the desktop app uses no minutes.

Your balance shows on the desktop toolbar (the ring), on Home and at the bottom of the web app sidebar.

• Unlimited plans never charge per minute or per interview. Each plan has a daily amount of live copilot time and a maximum length per interview.
• Daily reset: midnight UTC (5:30 AM IST).
• Every Unlimited plan: 1 device and 1 live session at a time.
• Past your daily limit? Top up with bonus credits and keep going (1 credit = 1 minute). Bonus credits never expire and work on every plan.
• India: Starter gives 150 interview minutes a month. First-time buyers may also see the Interview Pass, a one-time 60-minute pack.

• Upgrade any time. You pay the price difference minus your unused time, and a new billing cycle starts that day.
• Downgrade at your next renewal. You keep your current plan until then; there is no refund for the current period.
• Pause for 1 to 3 months instead of cancelling. You keep access until the period you paid for ends, nothing is charged while paused, and you can pause once every 6 months.
• Cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
