How do credits work?
One credit is one minute of a live interview session or a mock interview. Every new account gets 15 free credits. No card needed.
What do Unlimited plans include?
Unlimited plans have no credit count. Instead there is a fair daily limit of live copilot minutes (90, 120 or 180 depending on the plan), a maximum session length and a monthly allowance of mock interview time (2, 3 or 4 hours).
How are live minutes counted?
A session starts counting from the first moment HintCall does something for you: the first transcript, answer, typed question or screenshot. It is billed per started minute.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account before your renewal date to stop the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 7 days of a payment if you have not used any credits since that payment. The full rules are in our Refund Policy.
Why are prices different in India?
Plans in India are priced in rupees for the local market and include a credit-based Starter plan. Everywhere else, prices are in US dollars.
